Partnerships

We believe in creating high value partnerships and maintaining a close network with universities of applied science and other educational institutions. This enables us to become involved with training our future young professionals at an early stage. This approach helps to reduce the step between education and practice by providing specific feedback concerning study programmes and assigning practical cases to students. We regularly welcome groups of students for guided tours and corporate presentations.

Interns

Each year we invest a lot of time and money in supervising interns, who in return are regularly given the chance to showcase their talents. Many of these interns are still employed at our organisation. This creates a win-win situation - today and in the future.
